InfraValue is a screening and research tool. Nothing on the platform — no data point, signal, score, valuation, or chart — constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, or a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, security, or interest. It identifies where to look; it does not tell you what to do.

No reliance

You should not make any investment, lending, acquisition, or other decision in reliance on the platform alone. Always carry out your own due diligence and obtain independent professional advice appropriate to your circumstances before acting. Any decision you make remains your own responsibility.

Public-register data and accuracy

Much of the information shown is sourced from public registers, including data under the Open Government Licence v3.0 and Companies House and HM Land Registry data under Crown copyright. Public registers contain errors, omissions, and reporting lags, and the matching of companies, filings, and transactions to physical assets is in places probabilistic and may be wrong. We do not warrant that any information is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Where a signal or figure carries a source link, treat the primary source — not InfraValue — as authoritative, and verify it directly.

Distress and insolvency signals

Signals describing the status of a company (for example overdue filings, registered charges, or insolvency markers) reflect what the relevant public register recorded at the time of detection. They are factual flags drawn from the register, not an assertion or opinion by InfraValue about the financial health, conduct, or prospects of any company or individual. Register entries can change or be corrected; always check the current position at source.

Subsidy-cliff and forward estimates

Subsidy-cliff dates and any forward-looking estimates are modelled from accreditation or commissioning data plus the statutory support period, and are provided for planning context only. Where an asset is not yet matched to an Ofgem register entry, dates are estimated and clearly flagged as provisional. These are not predictions of any outcome.
